I loved that this property was close to all the major museums. There are lots of dining/shopping options near by. The room was a good size and was very clean. Kate was welcoming and provided great info on places to visit. As a solo traveler The only thing I didn’t like and I don’t think I noticed on the website is there’s no front desk service provided after hours. After 4 or 5 pm I believe if anything is needed you have to call for assistance. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, I think it would be great if those details could be added on the website. While I felt safe, the hotel is in a secluded alley, I think it would be a bonus if there was at least one staff in the front especially late at night. The other issue was there was a weird cracking sound coming from the roof of my room. It was almost all night which made it hard to sleep. I called to report it and didn’t hear back from reception. Overall the value for the room was great, decor was pretty, but I wouldn’t stay there again for the issues I mentioned above.

Confortable property, spotless, in the best location with the most friendly hosts. Tha room was very vlean, big bed and beautiful decorations. Thanks for the hospitality.
