Staff was friendly and provided what we needed when requested. However, we killed baby cockroaches in our room each night even though there was no food kept in our room, and the pool was out of order for over a month according to the front desk staff, and that was a feature listed on the website and one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. We were extremely disappointed and will never stay there again.

Ice machine dirty and out of order swimming pool dirty and out of order blow dryer not working in the room they use strong smelling chemicals to clean with and I was allergic to them fabulous it smells like. Will not ever stay again sorry very run down

Beds were comfortable, shower adequate, location quiet. Breakfast was adequate too. But the pool was black!! Despite claim that the guy was going to fix it the evening we arrived nothing changed in 3 days. Closed and off limits. Beyond the inconvenience it was a creepy eyesore.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that was transferred to my clothes - everything I'd hung up had to be washed when I got home to get rid of that smell. The pool was closed. Breakfast was very good, though.

Worst night ever
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWell to start things off i had booked a 1st king bed and paid on line for it to get there and the only room available was a double bed handicap room,on top of that the room had a bad smell to it and both of the beds had linens on them that had some kind of a blackish brown stain on them and to some up the evening the handicap shower floor was busted my wife cut her foot on it and we had no hot water and to add insult to injury the complimentary breakfast didn't get put out till all most 7:00am my wife and I were very displeased and i am awaiting the manager to call me back this coming Wednesday 2024 Augest

The room were clean beds comfortable. The pool needs fixing.
