Clerk who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We appreciated this because we were late on check in. Only 35 minutes I suppose. We will probably stay here again. Thanks

I was traveling through the area and stopped for the night. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and professional.

The room was great and the bed very comfortable. I was surprised that the 2 male desk clerks were not appropriately dressed, they were dressed in jeans and casual shirts. I would think that the staff that are greeting the public should be dressed in some type of uniform

The guy behind the desk during check in wasn’t friendly. Breakfast waffles or maybe syrup was different, biscuits were hard, bacon was rubbery. Sausage was good. Cleaning crew were really helpful and room was clean. Lady at desk was friendly and helpful. Man at checkout was friendly. There are not any restaurants nearby except Red Robin and Waffle House. There is a tiny Popeyes and Subway.

This place needs a remodel in the worst way. It smells bad as soon as you hit the hall. then our room smelled like someone had spent weeks there and smoked heavy. It had some sweet people working there, but the property itself is lacking. We ate allergy medicine the 3 days we were committed to.

The one thing that really wasn’t good was the mattress on the bed. It was not comfortable and needs to be replaced. The staff was friendly and helpful!

I liked about convenient driving to the airport but not a whole lot of choices for casual dining & no nearest grocery store by. The hotel people are nice, the breakfast is a wondeful idea but I wish that the hot breakfast meal would not have to be repeated same kind of food on the following day & they should have complimentary water bottles in the fridge for the guests. A complimentary bottle of juice for those people like to drink cold beverages as part of the breakfast, would be a fantastic idea. The bedding sheet & comforter, pillow cases should be fresh clean, once the guests arrived.
