Looks great on the outside but is in need of renovation on the inside. Carpets are worn and have cigarette burns and stains. Room amenities need replacing- toilet seat had burn marks, chips in the bathtub. It may have been freshly vacuumed but had the appearance of not being clean due to the wear in the carpets.

Our stay was great, except we only receive room service one time in the 9 nights. I asked and still didn’t get service. Employees were courteous and kind. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot or cold meals. We will definitely stay again.
