This is a super old and run down hotel.
Booked a "King bed with Sofa Bed" and received a King room with disabled facilities/ bathroom.
In addition the room was facing the main highway and the noise of the traffic and trucks was unbearable. Couldn't sleep.
Spoke to hotel and there was nothing they could do -they really didn't even care! Super disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place.

Florence is a nice safe area. Never any issues.

This hotel is about 15 minutes from the reds Stadium which was good but the lady that checked us in was VERY RUDE. Also, the room had an odd smell. The shower door would NOT stay closed when you showered so the floor got wet. The bathroom smelled dirty. I would NOT stay here again.

The front desk employee, a gentleman, was so amazingly good and kind. The hotel room was nice size and had a small couch. My only complaint would be we had a lot of outside noise the first night well passed 1 a.m. People yelling and car honking... Kinda odd, we were on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was really great and we would stay again.
