Cozy log cabin with plenty of space in Florence, SC

Our log cabin is the perfect getaway nestled on three acres. You will be able to relax with the whole family or friends. Our cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It is a two story real log cabin with a warm and cozy fireplace. There is a king downstairs with an attached full bathroom. Upstairs has a queen bed with attached full bath, a bunk bed with a trundle, and a loft with a sleeper sofa. There is also an extra queen blow up mattress in the upstairs closet, if needed. The kitchen is stocked with the necessities, including a Keurig duo for regular coffee or pods, an air fryer, and new stove. There is not a dishwasher. Whatever brings you to town--come stay at a spacious cabin that is convenient to everything. There is a fenced yard out back with firepit for pets and smores (please do not burn trash in the fire pit). The house is set back on the property and there is plenty of parking space for trailers, etc. All kids, pets, and hunters welcome!
Hunters cleaning station behind shed. There is a new 65 inch tv in the living room and tv’s in every bedroom. We have a DVD player and some random DVDs available (kid movies included).

Honoring the life of my son who passed 15 yrs ago
It’s been 15 yrs since my only child died from his rejecting transplanted kidney,25 yrs ago we put together a time capsule to be opened on 12/31/2024 but wanted to wait for the month he passed in and his step sister and our family to join in the honoring of his life!This cabin was not only clean it was big enough to hold 14 adults and 4 toddlers for a celebration meal! It was perfect it was cozy it had everything we needed to cook and the beds were very comfortable and our hosts were there every time I had a question this home felt like you were in the mountains but without the fear of falling to your death! The yard was huge the skylight was so nice and added a very nice look! My husband and I have already decided we want to come back to this house!, as for me I loved the layout and just the sheer size it made my stay so easy. Thank you again for making this a very special trip your home was by far on the top of my list of favs to stay! I’ll BE BACK!!!!

First, let me say-this is an absolute beautiful property located in Florence SC. What a local hidden treasure. The pictures do it no justice. The environment was so relaxing and soothing. All the necessary amenities available. The owners were so cordial and accommodate d us. Hands down would refer and we will be back.

“Host” was unresponsive: when we learned of the impending hurricane we reached out immediately to inquire about a potential refund if our event was canceled. We received a brief message and then NO communication at all for 4 days, unacceptable. “Host” was uncaring: We asked if there was any possibility we could get a refund since we couldn’t make the trip because of the storm. They stated they would work with us “if they could” and then informed us that the only money we would get back was the cleaning fee. “Hosts” essentially collected on a 3 night stay for NOTHING, and stated that there wasn’t enough notice to rebook. ??? In a hurricane???

2nd time staying at this cabin. Other than broken toaster and drip in master bathroom shower, the cabin is great! If you are a light sleeper, there are railroad tracks nearby so you’ll hear some train noise. Some traffic noise too but nothing a sleep sounds app can’t remedy. Had a great stay.

Perfect log cabin!
Looked for a place to stay as we had family venturing in from Virginia to join us, who were venturing from the middle of S.C., to attend my nephew's wedding celebration. This cabin was PERFECT!! It has an extremely large master bedroom (bed was oh-so comfy), bath (with an awesome doubles shower!), and large closet for hanging our fancy clothes. The two extra bedrooms upstairs well accommodated our children and lovely daughter-in-law. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the extra fuzzy blankets in the basket in the LR. I always rise early for my coffee and reading time and the warmth of the blanket and the lovely decorated cabin made my quiet time quite pleasant. The one thing I disliked was that we were so busy with weddings events that we didn't get to take advantage of the large backyard and fire pit; that would have be a lot of fun. One thing to note is that the VRBO listing shows a "hot tub." The upstairs bathroom has a tub and hot water, but that is not a "hot tub," as in "bring your swimsuit and soak" tub. I sent a message to the owner so he could notify the VRBO people about that, but other than that little bit of confusion, the place was PERFECT! Highly recommend and hope it's available the next time we need to make a trip to Florence.

Everything is wonderful but kind of disappointed because no hot tub. Looking forward to that coming from Maryland but got over it. The refrigerator still had stuff left in it but I can understand because maybe other people might want something Overall I gave it a 4. We were down for a wedding at Glenview Farm which was beautiful.
