2 Queen bed room review

Nice hotel, when I stayed there, it was rumored that there was a water shortage so there was basically no breakfast

Ramesh, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Yes, that is correct about the water. However, it was not a shortage. From the city having to fix a main pipe that burst downtown, there was a boil water advisory out that lasted a few days. We did not want anyone to get sick, so some items during breakfast were unavailable due to the advisory. I hope that you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area so we can create a better experience for you.

Posted Aug. 13, 2024 on HotelsThe check-in was quick and the person was friendly at first. When we got to our room it had a very bad odor, like urine. I called the front desk to ask for another room. The front desk person was not very friendly about this and seemed to treat me like I was making this up. She did put us in another room but seemed mad about having to do that! The new room was clean and comfortable.

I will look into this to confirm that this was an isolated incident and will make sure the odor issue gets fixed right away. I am glad that the second room was much better. Hotel row good find
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HotelsQuick one night stay on the way from Miami to NYC, but it was affordable and very lovely. It also had restaurants around it that were open late on a Sunday night. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, too.
