As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the welcoming exterior and spacious front porch with a gas grill that is more than ready to assist in casual cookouts in the fresh air. Rejuvenate in the bubbling hot tub in the morning, then again after a fun-filled day.

Step inside and you will be spoiled in no time with ample natural light flooding through large windows, an airy ambiance created by tall vaulted ceilings, and modern comforts including a full kitchen, free WiFi, and flatscreen TVs throughout. When you want to soak up a bit of sunshine, grab a book and a cup of coffee and make your way into the sunroom for a quiet morning of reading or an evening of taking in the sunset. With so much to see and do right at your fingertips, you will have no trouble filling each day with fun.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). All We Had Hoped For!
What a cozy and inviting place to be. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, home was spotless and nice furniture to relax on. We loved the jacuzzi and used it daily. The heating recliners felt wonderful. Loved the location to Bay St., Hecita Beach and shopping. We have rented a home on the coast for the past three years and this place was perfect! If I had any improvements to mention it would have to be a later check out. It was hard to get up and out by 10:00. Most other places we have rented are at 11:00. We did have difficulty getting the pellet stove to work, contacted someone who tried to help us, but it never worked for us. I’m sure it was us not knowing what we were doing, but we couldn’t get it to stay on. The weather stayed super nice everyday and so we never got too cold. I also want to mention how efficient contact sources were. We never felt like we couldn’t get in touch with someone and the reminders on our phone for checking in and checkout was nice. We had a wonderful vacation and he hope to return again soon! Jerry, Dianne, Ginny & Tony

Birthday get away
my partner and I decided to book this for her birthday and get out of Portland for the weekend. The Chalet was beautiful and so peaceful, it was everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again sometime in the next few months. Very affordable, comfortable and spacious, and who could complain about a hot tub?

GREAT PROPERTY CLOSE TO COAST
This home was spectacular! It was a beautiful home, super comfortable, and had everything you could possibly want. The fireplace was easy to operate, and the views outside the front windows, which were floor to ceiling, were just gorgeous. I am a clean freak, so really appreciated the fact that they had an anti-bacterial soap pumps at every sink. The backyard was beautiful and secure for our dog. And we loved the fact that there was a dog door. The barbecue top notch. We loved the reclining chairs in the TV area. We walked to Heceta Beach three out of four days. The walk was robust and spectacular. The beach was amazing. One night we had dinner at Jerry’s Place Bar and Grill and were able to take our dog with us. The food was scrumptious, and the seven devils blonde beer was to die for. You must visit Jerry’s while you’re there. It’s a must!!

House was just as cute as can be. Lovely two bedroom with everything you need. We cooked at the house a lot and loved that they had ample supplies. Really enjoyed the private setting and all the comforts of home. Close drive to the beach and all the attractions.

What a gem!
We spent four nights here and absolutely loved it! Quiet and private, this little oasis was perfect for our family. The fenced yard was ideal for our pups, and our daughter loved the large rooms as well as the garden swing. Lots of light, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage in the bathrooms. We had never been to Florence, and were able to take in all the gorgeous sights and then return to this property and soak in the hot tub. Perfection. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and peaceful setting
This house was a perfect place for our family to unwind. The yard was a beautiful park setting that our dogs and kiddo loved to explore. The massage chairs and hot tub added an extra soothing space at the end of our long days. We loved the kitchen and the dogs loved the dog doors. Great house! Thank you!

Great location and pet friendly
We really enjoyed our stay, and the huge pet-friendly fenced yard was a plus! Overall this place has everything you need, comfortable couches (power recliners!), well-stocked kitchen supplies, etc. The bedrooms were comfortable, and clean. Having the fully fenced yard gave peace of mind when the pups needed to go outside, although the neighborhood is wonderful to walk around. 2 minute drive to the beach, great location. The only miss was an extremely slow-draining bathtub, and sinks in the full bathroom. That feels kind of gross - but overall the place was clean and tidy.

Nice home in great neighborhood. Carpet is not clean and yet shoes are required to be off at the door. One washcloth in the house to accommodate 4 people. Cleaning person showed up 10 minutes before check out, never introduced herself or stated who she was until I asked. Just sat in her truck and watched, very uncomfortable.

Nice Home away from home
This is a very nice home in a good, quiet neighborhood. Although in a subdivision, the landsacping and such make it feel like a remote area. 3-min drive or 15-20 min walk to the nearest beach which has beautiful scenery and available parking. 5 minutes from town. Hot tub was great and the home had all necessities and was comfortable and decorated nicely. Very "homey". I would definitely reccommend!
