Publié le 11 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGreat service. Hotel and room were nice. We had a jacuzzi in our room, that was very nice.
Needs updating like USB ports and decor. Hallways and common areas were kept clean very well.

The first room we had should not have been in service. The refrigerator was leaking the rug wet in front of it. The refrigerator was dirty and the microwave disgusting! They changed our room and I was told the daily hotel fee would be removed for our inconvenience. At checkout I was told they couldn't remove it. 2nd room was next to a barking dog that barked for 6 hours straight on night two. They offered to move us, but at that point we didn't want that hassle. Daily breakfast was good. Desk staff should not promise what they can't deliver. Although I paid at hotel, I was told hotel fees could not be removed. NOT HAPPY!
