I really appreciate you taking the time to share your disappointment with your recent stay. Please accept my sincere apologies for the unpleasant issue you experienced during your stay. I can tell you with confidence that this is abnormal for us with the housekeeping department to reinforce that this is unacceptable under any circumstance and I will be sure to speak with the staff. This is unacceptable. We want our guests to have the best stay possible. I am sorry if that was not the case during your stay. Again, your concerns are our concerns. Hôtel très propre et chambre confortable. Pour un établissement qui accepte les chiens, c'est parfait!

AC in the room go on/off making lots of noise. Very annoying for good night sleep:(
