Customer Service Training Needed.
Posted Jul. 30, 2024 on HotelsNo greeted at check in counter. We stood waiting while the two employees talked and typed at one computer. Waiting isn’t the issue. An acknowledgment and a few words is a normal expectation at check in. And we chose this hotel because it had a pool, but it was closed due to heater issue.

I had some food in the fridge and after service it was gone. Some items I had lying on the tables were inside my bags. So, I'm not happy that people were touching my stuff.

The rooms we were checked into was never made found hair in the sheets, and the other room we were transferred too a tiny bit better, but bathroom smelled as if it was never cleaned. Our keys for the second room didn't work, and had to go 3 times up and down to figure that out, only to be a given a master apparently to all of the rooms which can open any door. I am wondering how often that happens.
