THE STAFF WAS GOOD. WE TALK, WHAT WE COULD BOTH UNDERSTAND, AND WE WERE GOOD. THE COMMUNICATION WAS A LITTLE TRYING BUT WE WERE OK. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. THE ROOM WAS JUST A ROOM. THE LOCATION WAS NEAR THE TRAIN STATION SO THE COMMUTE WAS NOT BAD.I ATE AT 1 SPOT SENZAONE I BELIEVE IT WAS CALLED.. THE STAFF SAID IT WAS GOOD, BUT IT WAS JUST OK TO ME. ALSO, BE CAREFUL OF THE SCOOTERS. YOU MIGHT GET RAN OVER BY ONE. HEAVILY POPULATED WITH SCOOTERS. NO PLACE TO PARK EITHER. FIND A SPOT GET IT BECAUSE IF YOU;RE LOOKING FOR A CLOSER SPOT, YOU MIGHT BE OUT OF LUCK.

Good staff, Very good breakfast. Dated rooms ang fixtures and furniture. You get what you pay for and this is what you get for the priwr're ce we paid. All and all, satisfied.

Mold, AC doesn’t work properly, worse than 1 Star
Walls are peeling and you can smell mold all the time. AC is working on about 27-28 C and beds are very very bad. Breakfast is basic, cleanliness must be better. Shower are so small that you can’t turn properly (approximately 70x70 cm or 28x28 inches). Overall score 0/10. It is a half star hotel.

short stay, bathroom set up very poor. there is no shower enclosure. the whole bathroom gets pool of water. cannot go after to use other facilities. glad that we had bathroom sandles with us. breakfast choices not enought, no eggs or meat. bread wasn't fresh

We stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights. One room was nice and cozy but could not receive any wifi throughout; the other room was huge, had not-so-fast wifi access but was freezing cold. Hotel staff were friendly and nice, breakfast was very good for value. Location was not too bad - 10-min bus ride away from train station and Santa Maria Novella, and there was a shopping mall with hypermarket within 5 mins' walk West of the hotel. The shower facilities were unacceptable though, with a tiny shower area in the bathroom and no water outlet in the rest of the bathroom - we almost flooded our own room every single night (bathroom was totally flooded but kudos to the housekeeping staff who completely dried it).

Excellent front desk staff, very supportive. Do not expect 3 star comfort. It was noisy and also having mosquitos. But hotel provided Mosquito repellent up on asking. Breakfast will disappoint, not much variety. Close to city center, easy access to public transport(though most of the time could experience heavy rush), nearby shopping mall and restaurants makes life easy. Good for an economical family stay.

Clean but noisy
Hotel is a little out dated. Our room faced the street so we could hear every car drive by. We choose to drive around and getting in and out meant one of us had to get out of the car to ring the bell to get the gate open. Value for the money was okay and it was close to city center if you're driving.

WiFi signal was bad and there was no signal available with my recent stay in two out of three nights .

Mediocre at best, you can do better.
Overall the hotel is just OK. The rooms are really old, nothing modern about them and mine was a little bit dirty. There were a lot of mosquitoes and dust. The bed was also not very comfortable and the bedding itself wasn't soft. The staff isn't rude but not overly friendly, either and the wi-fi hardly worked and was super slow. It's also located kind of far from the main attractions of Florence, it's a long walk. The only good thing about this place is the breakfast buffet -- lots of yummy things to choose from. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you really need free parking and for that, it's worth it.

Not at all an ideal hotel for tourists...
It was just bordering ok, wouldn't have stayed there if found somewhere else during that period,a little far from S.M.V, the station, can't walk to the centre, bus ride or cab a must,old room, fairly clean,lots of Mosquitos in the room, staff friendly enough... Will stay again only if have to, wouldn't recommend it,especially to tourists...

The worker are very helping, pleasant. Great house keeping. Many very good restaurants in area. ITEMPLAR, TORTUGA both very good and very reasonable. Staying there again in 3 weeks.

The Hotel Is In A Sketchy Area And The Room Was Infested With Mosquitoes. We Had To Cover Our Faces To Sleep And Bought Bug Spray. The Air Didn't Work Either.I Wouldn't Stay here Again Or Recommend This PlacE.
