Idéalement situé et appartement de caractère
Publié le 23 févr. 2017 sur HomeAwayNous avons passé 4 nuits à Florence dans ce bel appartement idéalement situé dans la vieille ville, à proximité à pieds des principaux sites touristiques.
L'appartement est fonctionnel, décoré avec gout, propre dans un quartier résidentiel.
Nous reviendrons très certainement car nous n'avons pas pu visiter tout ce que l'on souhaitait à Florence et avons maintenant notre pieds à terre !!!!

Great location beautiful rental
Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were a group of 7, all adults this location was great. 10 to 15 walk to almost everything. The rental was great, and beautiful. This may have been my fault but we had an elderly person with us and it was a little hard for her to use the stairs, but we made it work. Both bedrooms are up on top of 3 floors. Middle flóor was the loft which had a sofa bed. Overall I thought the vrbo was great. Thank you

No notice the company had double booked the apartment we had paid for 20 days before
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe company canceled our reservations, but never infoes us until we requested check in instructions, 2 hours before our arrival. Their response was the computer system had booked 2 reservations, even though the system had no issue sending me a 2nd payment notice. The reservation was for
6 people, they offered as an alternative a 5 person apartment. They made no offer to compensate us for the $80 and travel rental difference or the stress and inconvenience. It’s only fair to be reimbursed $250.

Steps were both inside and outside the property
The inside steps were to the bedrooms this was not clear on the property description
Other observations
—1st floor bathroom toilet keeps running
— air conditioners were not very cooling
— refrigerator light bulb is flashing -may need to be replaced

Iconic Florence Stay
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was my friends and I first time in Florence, we wanted a place close to the action so we could walk places. This was the perfect location for us, right near the river, near shops and restaurants, and a close walk to all of the sites.
Also, big bonus in the Italian summer it had AC. We loved the aesthetic of the home, it was classic and beautiful. Plenty of space for our group which had 5 of us and a baby. There are quite a bit of stairs, so make sure you are comfortable with that. If it’s not an issue, than this is the perfect spot.
The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and the check in process was easy as well.
We definitely would stay here again if we were in Florence! Thank you!!!

Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAway1st impression. This apartment is on the top floor and the elevator is a 2person max that is very finicky. So if you are a family, like we were, with luggage for everyone it is a very challenging process as you will have to stack some luggage and only one person will fit. Inside the apartment, it is a 2 bedroom with an open loft. The 2 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom but they are all very small. Like cruise ship small. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The open loft has a sofa bed but you will either have to go downstairs or upstairs into a bedroom to use a bathroom. The living area is very spacious. Kitchen has a lot to be desired but honestly how much are you using that anyway. It has a dorm room style fridge but can easily hold some drinks if needed
Now onto the location. This place is in a magnificent location and that trumps everything else in my mind. I would 100% stay here again because of that. I would definitely recommend unless you have someone that can’t really deal with stairs as the elevator to get up to the floor is tricky and the stairs inside the apartment are plentiful and very steep and tight.

Very Dissatisfied
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayBe careful in booking this place! The pictures are deceiving. The staircase in the unit that goes up two levels is too narrow and small steps. My husband is 6’5” and a big man with bad knees. We explained that it is too difficult for my husband to navigate the necessary staircase. The elevator only fits one person and worked sometimes. We had to find, last minute, other accommodations. The owner will not give us a refund, partial or otherwise. Not a good way to do business!

Hi Kathy,this flat had more than 200 reservations in the past years and the pictures have been always the same,also it is mentioned that there are some stairs to access the bedrooms,unfortunately we cannot issue a refund in this case cause as everything worked and we provided the apartment as described

Amazing location and lots of steps!

We used the kitchen every morning for breakfast and sat around the table every evening sharing stories and playing games. The location is amazing - you can walk to anything from the apartment within 15 minutes (the train station, every major attraction and great shopping). Be aware, that if you have anyone who is not super mobile, there IS an elevator to the apartment, but within the apartment itself all of the bedrooms require very steep stairs. We would stay there again - super quiet, very clean and fantastic location.

Fantastic flat in the heart of Florence

The location was perfect and we had plenty of space for all six of us to sleep and each shared a bathroom/shower with one person from our group.
