Perfect villa in a perfect area

The area is like an advertisment picture for Tuscany landscape and just 15 minutes drive from Firenze tramway.
In one word : Great !

Un lieu magnifique pour se reposer

What an incredible place

We had a few more questions about the bus and the area, David sent answers with in minutes with GPS maps. We loved the view, the Persimmon and Pomegranate from the trees in the yard were delicious. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome, everything was clean. We stayed at 3 other locations this trip and this was our favorite. My wife said the blow dryer was the best blow dryer in Italy.

Beautiful vacation!
Publié le 2 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed a month here. While access is kind of a challenge (need a car and the roads are narrow) the location is beautiful and very quiet. We decided it was a nice change from the crowds and noise of Florence and other tourist spots at the end of the day. The villa itself is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Big, clean, well equipped for any stay.
We found the best way to get into Florence was to drive into Grassina, park and take the local buses. Great access and saved a lot of money on parking. Enjoyed restaurants and other services in Grassina.

Villa in Florence

We are glad that you enjoyed our beautiful home. We always send all of our guests the exact location. Having a sat nav rather than a paper map usually helps.

3 Weeks in Luxury Tuscon Villa
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I chose this Villa based on the location as well as the pictures provided in the advertisement. The location was absolutely fabulous. My son and daughter in law joined us the first week, and all the excursions in the Tuscon region were within a hour to an hour and a half drive from the Villa. It was very convenient. Also there are a couple very small towns nearby where we did our grocery shopping as well as small specialty shops and restaurants. The Villa was very clean and had all the amenities' (Washer, Large Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven and Microwave. The property manager was great to work with as well as his sister who lived next door to the Villa. They both were always available to answer our questions and to make reservations and order us Pizza the first night we arrived late for check in. I would absolutely recommend this property, we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. Delfina was very nice and helpful. The house is in a lovely quiet location with a great view, everything was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. We are glad we booked a car so we enjoyed the local food and wineries around. The streets are very narrow, but we eventually got used to driving. It was one of the best holidays for our family!

Wonderful escape in Tuscany
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was awesome, the location well worth the experience of getting up the hill. Delfina and David were incredibly helpful in every way possible. They also introduced us to Francesco, who helped get us around, he was awesome as well.
