Publié le 21 août 2016 sur HomeAwayNous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Francesco mais il nous a fourni tous les renseignements nécessaires avant et pendant le séjour. A l'arrivée, sa maman a été charmante et nous a montré les choses à savoir.
L'appartement est très agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.
Il est malgré tout un peu sombre à notre goût.
Sa situation géographique est très pratique, on apprécie aussi le petit supermarché juste à côté ainsi que les quelques restaurants.

Publié le 22 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis rental is in a great location. A neighborhood away from the big crowds. The place has very limited kitchen space and no outdoor space due to machines being on the balcony. But the place is comfortable and works great for a Florence stay.

We stayed a month and went to various close Tuscan towns...like Lucca, Siena, Pisa and Bologna...right from the central train station SMN
Would stay again and recommend.

Everything Us Falling Apart
Publié le 29 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayYes I know all the reviews are great, the price was good and in a great location. That’s why I booked it for a whoke month well in advance. In short, this apartment needs love and attention. I can’t bear going into a blow by blow of all the things that were broken or not functioning: Moldy, leaking shower, broken lights, loose electric socket, tired and dirty looking bath mat, broken toilet. See for yourself. I took extensive photos which I will send to VRBO, showing the condition of the apartment upon arrival, and why I had to call my own cleaning crew. Owner defensive and angry when I pointed these things out. This apartment may have been loved for a long time but is clearly being neglected now.

generally, I don't reply to review, everyone is free to write his own Critics, but critics must be fair and useful for future guests.
We need to make some clarification, from 45 review (beyond 100 that you can find on the web), some of them just from a few days before your stay (Gaston review 10/10 check out 5 may) and some just after (Parafat review 10/10 check out 22 Juve, Amy review 5/5 check out 29/6/22) you can take evidence that the disaster decrypted in your review is now reality.
It was true that at the entrance of this lady in Merville house, light in the kitchen was broken, my mother that welcome the lady was not able to replace it immediate, but we promptly contact the lady to replace it the same evening, but it was not possible because the lady was not available, so the replacement of the light was postponed and the lady was immediately annoyed.
I did my best to ensure her to have food at home, because she was unable to use the APP of supermarket and I called many times the supermarket to be sure that the food was delivered at his door, but I was admonished because I did not provide personally to deliver the food. I believe that the situation created a bit of stress.
Air conditioning works probably, filters are cleaned annually, and no one never complained despite the very hot season of this year in Florence. The tenant apparently did not use the right program
and I had to explain that to switch she had to press the on button.
It was true that there we had an hydraulic problem in the Bathroom, and the problem was pointed only after 15 days she entered, anyway I did everything to solve the problem immediately.
I did not receive any complain regarding the cleaning and you can clearly see it on all guest's review.
I feel truly sorry about the inconvenience even if I did take care of everything
