Under renovation at this time. Ice machine wasn't working. Room had no view but the back of the entrance facade. Bedside light didn't work. Phone didn't work. No water bottles in room. Staff was nice enough to change my room but that room had no microwave, no refrigerator and no functioning remote for the tv. I carried the refrigerator from the first room to the second room because it was needed for medication. The desk staff and the cleaning staff were very kind and helpful.

Check in was fine. Desk clerk was most helpful.
Overall hotel property is old and not in very good condition.
There was no t v remote in room. Telephone did not work.
Housekeeping started to clean room before we checked out. We still had personal items in the room. I was furious.

The worst hotel I’ve been to. It was run down and nasty throughout the hotel. I killed a roach that was crawling on the wall in my room. I was not comfortable there at all. I left early and was told by the woman at the desk that she couldn’t check me out at that time. She was too busy on her cell phone to do her job. I left anyway I couldn’t stay any longer.

The room was not very clean, there were no towels, the smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling, and the old cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming. The bathroom still had someone else's hair on the sink and shower wall.

They have bed bugs. The rooms do not look anywhere as good as the pictures online suggest.

Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room had mouse droppings in the bathroom, my daughter got her hand stuck to a mouse trap, the beds had signs of bedbugs, there was stains on her covers and cigarette burns. She wouldn’t even sleep with the cover I had to switch her. I was promised a late check out and when I got there, they said no. Won’t be back.

First thing I did when I entered the room, I used the bathroom. I killed a small roach. Layer, i killed 2 more smalker bugs! Later there were a couple more. I gilled out the info on an email i was sent from the front desk. No response. Next day, i killed another roack on the wall next to the bed. When we left, i told them to soray that room!
