3 Fishermen's Retreat
Publié le 22 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayEverything was fine as advertised, but the wooden steps to this 2nd floor unit were steep, long and short in foot depth. The steps made hauling luggage and supplies difficult. It would be helpful if the owners added a railing to the building side of the steps.

Our stairs are advertised in pictures and are built to code. A second railing could be a good idea, however it would also limit the width of the stairs. WE will consider that idea.
Unloading large loads of gear in one trip compounds problems. We have found that taking more trips slower and carrying less baggage on each trip is effective. Also we could have assisted in carrying the luggage up the stairs for you as well. Other ideas. Thanks for staying with us. You all looked like you were having such a great time on your trip.
