Outlook House

The only complaint I have with this house is the loft bedroom. It is not a loft! It appears to be an attic which was converted to a bedroom. The space is very small and you would not be able to sit up in bed w/o hitting your head

Great Ocean View
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayEnjoyed our 10 day stay. Well supplied and maintained with exception of a few burned out light bulbs and missing window screens. The dining table was literally falling off its base. Fortunately, I found a wrench in the garage and was able to tighten the four bolts on the base.
The deck is spacious and in good condition and the balcony off the master bedroom is a nice private spot from which to view the ocean and beach activities.
While this is listed as 4 bedrooms it really only accommodates two couples. The third bedroom has a small double bed in a converted attic space with only a single very small window. The fourth on the main floor has two bunks only suitable for kids. There is no separate play area for kids. In the living-dining area there are two sofas, but again, really only accommodating four people comfortably. The addition of a love seat or two comfortable chairs would add needed seating and help separate kitchen and living room. An additional lamp in the living room would make reading easier. Two of the switches for down lights on the floor lamp in the corner of the living room are defective.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book it next season but the property is for sale and no dates are in 2025 are available.

Million Dollar View
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was an amazing time with my family. The property manager was so kind and responsive. I am sad to see they are selling. Afraid it won't be available in future. If looking for just relaxing on the beach to reset. This is the place. Loved it.

Beautiful Beachfront
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family enjoyed our stay! When we first arrived and looked out the windows, we all said, “Wow!! Absolutely beautiful!!” The location is perfect, the views are stunning, and the house is well-equipped. We’d definitely rent it again in the future!
