Contre : la salle de bain est peu pratique d'utilisation
Emplacement : en face de l'entrée du palais Pitti qu'il faut visiter et à 10 minutes à pied du ponto vecchio. restauration et commerces divers à proximité immédiate
accueil très agréable et très efficace, chambre à la décoration remarquable, très bonne situation dans la ville.

Loved the property’s location, directly in front of the Pitti Palace. Less than 5 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, which connects to all of Florence. Did not like the condition of our room, and the experience we had when a leak was discovered in our room.

Dear Victoria,we are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience at the Piazza Pitti Palace.As soon as you reported to us the small leak coming from the ceiling of the room, we immediately moved your family to another vacant room and immediately resolved the issue and the water no longer fell from the ceiling.The room we had put you in had an arrival the next day and we offered you to return to the original room and also provided you with another room to stay in, so you had as many as two rooms at your total disposal to finish your stay with us, despite this you decided to leave.We do not know the reason for this decision since the leakage problem had been solved and you had as many as two rooms available, probably not to your liking.The Piazza Pitti Palace is a historic residence, it is not the usual modern hotel, small incovenience may happen, such as a few drops of water from the ceiling. Our staff immediately took action to solve the problem and to offer you a great solution to continue your stay, providing you with as many as two rooms.We have done our best to enable you to continue your stay with us.

We loved our stay and our incredible room. Our balcony overlooking the street was the downtime we needed to relax in between exploration. The staff was incredibly accommodating and front desk went out of their way to help us make a train when there was a cab shortage.

Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsEscolhi este hotel pela arquitectura e decoração já que o objectivo era o meu filho viver a arte renascentista que estava a estudar na escola. Superou todas as expectativas. Este hotel é fantástico! Lindíssimo, limpo, cheiroso e muito bem localizado. Pequeno almoço excelente. As funcionárias muito simpáticas e prestáveis. Adorámos tudo que não queríamos vir embora!

All the staff we encountered were excellent, being most helpful on arrival as we were a little before check in and the housekeeper, Anna did everything she could to help with luggage and car arrangements as there is No parking on-site. Parking is 30 euro per day. Carolina was fabulous with her recommendations for restaurants and letting us know that the streets were closed on our departure day and helping us coordinate a plan with luggage loading with the garage. Directly across from the Pitti Palace, the location was perfect as it was out of the congestion in central Florence but no more than 10 minutes walk to all the central attractions over the Ponte de Vecchio bridge. The suite was incredibly well decorated and the bathroom luxurious!
A wonderful location for a honeymoon or two seventy-year olds dream place!

Florence as it is imagined!
Publié le 4 oct. 2023 sur HotelsThe hotel is beautiful. The antiques and art are unbelievable. Reception and managers all charming and helpful. Some minor items need repair (tile on bathroom floor). It is very clean, however and I appreciated the charm and beauty of staying in such a remarkable property.
