Just what I needed
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a very nice property! It's definitely out in the sticks but had all the comforts of home. It was clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils, blankets and linens. I would stay again!

Family friendly
Publié le 3 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had the best time in Fence - it reminded us of home with the quietness and friendly people. The property was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. We were lucky to have great weather and so much to do in the surrounding areas. We appreciated the games and snacks. It was nice to catch up with the owners who live next door and get their advice on roads to take etc. We had the best experience at The Fence Post too! Thanks for everything!

Fence Cabin
Publié le 23 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property is great for ATVers and snowmobilers looking for close trails. A trail actually goes right past the place. However, this site is RURAL with nothing to do for anyone other than ATVers, snowmobilers, hunters or anyone seeking complete solitude. I wish I had realized that before renting so this comment is for those future renters expecting more. The closest town is miles away. The accommodations are BASIC. Probably not the most comfortable for stays longer than a long weekend. I suggest the owners invest in some new furniture for the living space since the most comfortable place to sit was at the dining room table.
