The hotel room was clean and convenient to downtown Florence. The hot tub was not heated, but we appreciated how quiet the room was.

Stairs may need to be replaced leading up to second story… felt/sounded as though some were going to snap while walking up the stairs.

Don’t Stay Here

The motel was old, it felt unclean, the hair dryer didn’t work, the towel bar was off the wall, dirty rag on the ground outside at the front door that they never moved, and the room smelled like strong cleaning products, smoke and dirty dogs. Won’t stay there again.

Property is close to stores and dining options. It is on the highway close to a major intersection so there is traffic noise throughout the night. My biggest complaint ead that there were 2 of us and only 1 set of towels in the room.

We arrived at this property for them to tell me that we had to pay an additional $800 plus dollars as it was not paid through Expedia. Well after three people looking it over telling me that I did not know how the system worked and that I must pay to have the room, a fourth person comes out and said that I had paid but it was pending with Expedia until I checked out. So they almost charged me double the rate. To say the least I was very frustrated. I also had a manager refuse me towels for our room on the second night because he said I had already taken ten others (I had not) come to find out that he only had a description of a heavy set woman taking towels to the pool. Yes tam on the thicker side but so are a lot of other people and the towels were not for the pool they were for our room to take a shower. Over all this was a disappointment from the start. We do not recommend nor will we stay with them again.
