Nous avons fait la superbe rencontre de Juanjo qui nous a guidé dans notre randonnée à cheval. C’était vraiment un beau séjour.

Not very clean, cold coffee,,no shampoo, no soap, no towels.no lunch box on day of excursions. Huge potholes in parking. Food in restaurant expensive and not great. Management not very helpful with questions regarding car insurance

Weather was cloudy. So the hot water tank had no hot water. Remember it’s not the USA, they don’t have hot water heaters. They have have black tanks on the roof.
The pool was also cold.
The staff are logistical wizards and super friendly. They make some mean pancakes and eggs for breakfast.

Didnt spend much time on property but the times i did staff was VERY friendly and attentive which means alot when your in a new unfamiliar place. Would definitly

A unique experience not to miss.
Publié le 6 oct. 2019 sur HotelsOverall we would come back to stay again. There is room for improvement and facility freshening. Our room was mostly comfortable and the air conditioning cold. The included breakfast was good and plentiful. Medelin the manager is outstanding, she is so helpful and eager to please. We would come back just because of her positive attitude. Keep in mind you are staying at a horse ranch. With horse smells and noises outside. None of this bothered us nor did it affect us inside. This was a unique experience that we enjoyed.
