We also noticed that your reservation was cancelled, so we are confused as to why you even were able to receive and complete a survey for a hotel you never even stayed in. We will be disputing this.

Very quiet area -no outside noise. The air conditioner needs a little work, it’s a little noisy but other than that the room was spacious, clean and we felt safe in the room. We loved the service person that checked us in. She was very friendly and professional.

Air conditioner had a dirty filter and was broken so couldnt get it out at first. But staff was nice, room was neat. Ice machine was great.

We had to check in early as we had driven 3.5 hrs to go to a memorial that began before check in. The manager waived the early check in fee so we could freshen up and change clothes. Front desk staff were very pleasant and the room clean and quiet. It is an older building, but well maintained.
