Needs some upkeep but overall great experience
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe love Home 2 Suites. The rooms are very large and generally very clean. The service was outstanding. When we checked in, Ashley was kind and helpful. The room smelled dusty and musty when we got in. I told Ashley and she put an air freshener in it to help. The AC unit did a great job and didn’t keep cutting on and off like happens at so many hotels. The bathroom had lots of mold/mildew on the walls near the ceiling and the wall paper was peeling off. Breakfast was fine - there was a lot of stuff not out that I assume is generally out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
