La rue/quartier où se trouve l'hôtel ne sont pas encourageant, mais allez sur la route parallèle pour balader, c'est top! Le centre est très chouette.

Dylan at reception was very helpful with setting up our spa appointment. He was so nice and personable to help us with everything. He was clear in his communication and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

Property needs work / Staff great
Publié le 18 mars 2023 sur HotelsVery nice staff, but I have to say I found the pre-check-in requirements a bit surprising and the room condition pretty underwhelming. Contrary to any other hotel I've booked with Hotels.com, this property insists you pay on cludgy third-party website (which Hotels.com tells you never to do). Not the end of the world, but still surprising. The most disappointing thing about the stay is my room had seen much better days (this horse has been ridden hard!). In particular, the bathroom can only be described as grungy. I really liked the staff and do hope they get the property in better shape. Very doubtful I would stay there again.

Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più...preciso che gentilezza del personale e ubicazione della struttura sono da 10 e lode ma ricavare un bagno con doccia da una camera già di per sé piccolissima è impresa unica...comunque tutto andrebbe sottoposto a corposo restauro.
