The hotel in in average condition overall.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is not so good. To much processed foods!

Well well we payed very good price for 3 nights to be honest we didn’t expect so much. But any ways yes we found some issues we saw a cockroach and we told the guy at front desk and quickly we offered to move us to an other room but we denied bcs he also offered to clean the room better and we agreed to that I am also a person who is ready to manage situations like this and we also inspect the room and spray some disinfectant and bug spray… so I don’t know what others expectations are but we want to pay low price don’t expect too much.. I also want to mention that we were there around 9:30 pm the pool closes at 10 pm but the guy at front desk said that we were able to swim but not lot of noise and we appreciate that he was very very nice and he also was checking the parking lot very often, pool clean and also my car didn’t want to start we went to front desk and this morning was a white women and she helped us find someone with cables for battery… well we were so happy finding nice people out here….

The desk chair was coming apart at the top the bathroom and entry door were dirty. The bathroom door had mildew on the back of it and on the wall. The entry door did not securely close to lock. The bed springs were broken a squeaked when you moved. We stayed one night and left. They didn't refund any of our money

When I arrived I noticed no elevator no lobby. Looked like someone lived in lobby area
DidNot stay the night. You should really take this property off website. Never booked a bad hotel on Expedia before

Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel itself was pretty good shape.the only complaint i had was the room was never cleaned once during the whole stay and i had to go get clean towels everyday.

Hair in the sink, faucets not working in either room. We were moved from the first because there was no hot water in the sink, the second room the handle just fell off

I do apologize we did not meet your expectations during your stay. I tried to make you as comfortable as possible from your coffee supply to changing your room. I do hope you will give us another chance in the future!
