Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 4 Bed/3 Bath (Sleeps 8) condo offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Amenities include: 2 oceanfront pools with lounge chairs, 2 elevators and 4 public outdoor showers.

This Villa sleeps 8 and features an open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining table has 6 comfortable seats with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. It directly faces the ocean, allowing for unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This fun and spectacular vacation rental offers vibrant colors, playful decor, and equipped with comfortable furnishings and a colorful aquatic theme that matches the vibrant Folly Beach vacation lifestyle. The balcony provides plenty of space to sunbathe, dine, play games, read, and relax in colorful, comfortable Adirondack chairs. Two of the four bedrooms have private bathrooms. The master bath has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, tub, and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and a shared full bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a queen bed with access to the shared full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements:
If you are booking this property for a reservation stay between September 2024 and May 2025, the HOA will be replacing the windows on the beach side of the building, one stack at a time. They will be starting at the west end (near the column of units 123, 223, 323 and 423) and working their way towards the East end (to the column of units 101, 201, 301 and 401). At this time, the HOA has not disclosed any further information on this project.

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Trip to Foley Beach.
The property was nice and roomy. The property was advertised as being handicap accessible. It was not. Wheelchair and walkers could not fit into the bathrooms. Toilets were too low for someone that was limited in mobility. The beds were too soft for an elderly person and not easy to get out of. We had to bring in a chair for our elderly family member to sit in and had to add a handicap toilet seat and there were no hand holds in the bathrooms or showers. Had to modify one of the bedrooms to have a place for our elderly family member to sleep. Finally there were no screens on the sliding balcony doors to keep the bugs out. .

The property was perfect! Beds were super comfortable, view was outstanding, kitchen well stocked and location was great!! Our only issue was the golf cart which we did not know you couldn't park on property which resulted in a parking ticket

Weekend visit
So the condo it self was fine. The issues were our code to get in the front gate never worked, not one single time. The fob that we were told would work never did either. Luckily another person staying there saw that we continued to have problems and gave us his code and we were able to use that to get in and out. I did reach out for help and was sent the book telling us what to do, but none of that worked. The other issue was the elevator, it was constantly broken down. So we had to use the stairs several times, not a problem for me. But difficult for my elderly parents to go up and down to the 4th floor.

One of the Best Condos
This is one of the best condos we've vacationed in and the locations is perfect! We were able to walk to everything local such as food and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded.

This property was just as described. Beautifully decorated, clean, and plenty of space for our group of 6. I really appreciated the level of communication from MyOceanRental, as it felt like they really cared about us having a wonderful stay. Parking, check-in was easy. Only issue we ran into was that we had to wait until exactly 4PM on check-in day for the door code to let us in, even though we’d received a text earlier in the day that our unit was ready. Not a big deal since we arrived only a few minutes before 4, but caused some confusion. Will definitely stay here again!

My recent stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves. Here’s a breakdown of our incredible experience: Location The condo's location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, we enjoyed direct access to the pristine sands and clear waters. Whether it was an early morning stroll or a sunset walk, the convenience of having the beach just steps away added so much to our stay. Accommodation The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The spacious living area and the comfortable bedrooms provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. We particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning ocean views. Amenities The amenities were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. Beach gear can be rented nearby. Surroundings The surrounding area was vibrant and full of life. We found plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options to explore. The local seafood was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed trying different eateries every night.

Nice Condo
The property nicely fit my husband and I, along with my son and his wife, and 3 kids. It was nicely equipped and the location was perfect. The only ding I can give it is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators servicing the entire complex and the wait can take several minutes. If you’re on the 4th floor, as we were, it is 58 steps which made it difficult if you had beach equipment or groceries or anything to haul. Otherwise it was great and the property managers were great.

Overall the stay was great! The view and location are extraordinary!! One suggestion from adult guest is it may be a good move to update one of the queen beds to another king. My guest was 6’5” and 275# and sleeping with wife he was not able sleep well.

Perfect beach getaway!
We had an amazing time at the property! it’s footsteps away from the beach which was perfect. The space was big and can easily house 8 people. Just remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent.

Great location and view, with tons of space for eveyone
Our stay here was in April when apparently it was unseasonably windy and cool, so we couldn’t use the pools. But we enjoyed the great view from the balcony. We wished there was beach equipment available, and left some sand toys there for the next family, after we had to purchase some. Other than a weird stick of butter we noticed under the dishwasher, the place was very clean and tidy. Our young son enjoyed the fish decor very much. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the master king bed is very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Local vacation weekend relaxation
This condo was perfect for our girls trip! We are local to the Charleston area and decided on a weekend staycation, folly is quiet in Jan so it was perfect for relaxing! The property was clean, spacious for all 5 of us. Close enough to walk to all the folly local dining spots; Breakfast at Lost dog or planet follywood, dinner at taco boy and live music at the washout or grabbing late night snacks at Bert’s all within walking distance. The patio was perfect for the ocean front view everyday and just to relax and hang out with friends! It was easy to make this condo our home away from home for 4 days! I would recommend this place, and plan on booking this same condo again!

Great location!!
The property was very nice. The view was breathtaking! Check in was easy. The property manager was easy to work with to answer all our questions. The kitchen is well stocked. We made several meals with more than enough room for all to sit at the table. The property was clean. It was very comfortable for all of our party with ages that ranged from 3 to over sixty! The elevator was very helpful. Carts are provided to help get luggage and groceries to the unit. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!! We plan on returning on our next visit to Folly Beach!!

This condo had everything we needed and more. A short walk to the restaurants, ocean view, clean, and the property is well-maintained. The sunrise off the balcony is stellar. We hope to be back in the summer, and will definitely inquire about renting this property again!

Wonderful property and location
We loved staying in COV 411. The hurricane ruined our plans to enjoy the pool (too cold) but the location of the beach, restaurants, and playground was wonderful. The house has comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with fun beach decor. The porch is perfect for sunrise breakfast. My kids loved that there was a TV in their room. They also loved the primary bathroom and "swimming" in the big tub. The jets didn't work, which was a disappointment, but not a big deal. The kitchen was well organized which really helped when making dinner. Be aware the HOA doesn't allow golf carts on the property, so you can not use one of the spaces for it.
