Trip to Foley Beach.

The property was nice and roomy. The property was advertised as being handicap accessible. It was not. Wheelchair and walkers could not fit into the bathrooms. Toilets were too low for someone that was limited in mobility. The beds were too soft for an elderly person and not easy to get out of. We had to bring in a chair for our elderly family member to sit in and had to add a handicap toilet seat and there were no hand holds in the bathrooms or showers. Had to modify one of the bedrooms to have a place for our elderly family member to sleep. Finally there were no screens on the sliding balcony doors to keep the bugs out. .

Fun getaway!

The property was perfect! Beds were super comfortable, view was outstanding, kitchen well stocked and location was great!! Our only issue was the golf cart which we did not know you couldn't park on property which resulted in a parking ticket

Weekend visit

So the condo it self was fine. The issues were our code to get in the front gate never worked, not one single time. The fob that we were told would work never did either. Luckily another person staying there saw that we continued to have problems and gave us his code and we were able to use that to get in and out. I did reach out for help and was sent the book telling us what to do, but none of that worked. The other issue was the elevator, it was constantly broken down. So we had to use the stairs several times, not a problem for me. But difficult for my elderly parents to go up and down to the 4th floor.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a 5 star experience. Our Guestbook that you are referring to does have all the information for check in, including that someone from your party has to go up to the unit to retrieve the gate fobs to get your car through the gate. If the fobs are not working, we can always replace them for you. I checked to see if you had called our after hours help line and did not see any calls. Our office is here on Folly and we have an after hours call center to assist with any trouble, but you must call (not text) for any after hours help. Next time you stay with us, please keep this in mind. We personally only manage a handful of units in this building, as they are all individually owned and the HOA is in charge of the grounds and the elevators. But if you report these issues to our office, we are always happy to report them to the HOA. They have been working on the elevators, so these issues should be resolved soon, if not already. We are glad to see that you enjoyed the unit itself and hope you give us another chance to show you a 5 star stay.

One of the Best Condos

This is one of the best condos we've vacationed in and the locations is perfect! We were able to walk to everything local such as food and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded.

Great location; beautiful property

This property was just as described. Beautifully decorated, clean, and plenty of space for our group of 6. I really appreciated the level of communication from MyOceanRental, as it felt like they really cared about us having a wonderful stay. Parking, check-in was easy. Only issue we ran into was that we had to wait until exactly 4PM on check-in day for the door code to let us in, even though we’d received a text earlier in the day that our unit was ready. Not a big deal since we arrived only a few minutes before 4, but caused some confusion. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful escape

My recent stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves. Here’s a breakdown of our incredible experience: Location The condo's location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, we enjoyed direct access to the pristine sands and clear waters. Whether it was an early morning stroll or a sunset walk, the convenience of having the beach just steps away added so much to our stay. Accommodation The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The spacious living area and the comfortable bedrooms provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. We particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning ocean views. Amenities The amenities were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. Beach gear can be rented nearby. Surroundings The surrounding area was vibrant and full of life. We found plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options to explore. The local seafood was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed trying different eateries every night.

Family getaway

Great location we walked to everything never had to move our car. Love the huge plastic carts to get things to and from room for ease of packing.

Nice Condo

The property nicely fit my husband and I, along with my son and his wife, and 3 kids. It was nicely equipped and the location was perfect. The only ding I can give it is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators servicing the entire complex and the wait can take several minutes. If you’re on the 4th floor, as we were, it is 58 steps which made it difficult if you had beach equipment or groceries or anything to haul. Otherwise it was great and the property managers were great.

Our stay was wonderful from check in in the room to departure. Lovely, very clean, and oceanfront. Accessible parking and an elevator. About a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The whole family was happy. Can't wait to stay again!
