Charleston Folly Beach Beach Oceanfront Condo

For the summer season, rentals are 7 days Sunday to Sunday (no fighting Saturday traffic getting in and out).
This is a top floor oceanfront condo with views all the way down to Kiawah. There are 2 parts to the balcony, glass enclosed and open with access from the living room and master bedroom. The master bath has double sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The other bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and dressers and the 3rd has 2 twin beds. The living room had a 42 inch LCD TV with DVD and satellite. The unit has all appliances, central HVAC, a covered parking spot, dining for 6, and ceiling fans throughout. The elevator opens right in front of the entry door. A storage room is in the parking lot. Linens and towels are provided and there is a laundry room with a front loading washer/dryer set. Trash and recycling are in the parking lot.
Seacoast Villas is only 2 blocks from the restaurants, bars, shops, and pier. It is close to downtown Charleston, James Island County Park, and the municipal golf course. WIFI is provided. Smoking is allowed outside the unit only. No pets.
Checkout time is 10:30 AM and checkin time is 4 PM.

Lovely location
The location was fabulous. Loved the layout of the unit and the glass enclosed porch. Overall the unit was clean though the kitchen could use some attention…. the fry pans are dingy with minimal ‘no stick’ coating and the inside of the cabinets could use a good cleaning. The unit was supposed to have beach towels so we didn’t bring any and there were none in any of the closets. The beach chairs were very rusted and one was totally inoperable. Despite these things we enjoyed our stay and loved the unit.

We loved our condo and the view was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. We come for the Taste of Folly but that was cancelled due to rain so we chilled out in the room. Walk to restaurant and shops was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We have family in the area and then family from the Midwest and Florida. We merged together in Folly Beach! My son got engaged the first night we were there and so we were able to celebrate with both families one night since the space was so accommodating to it !Everyone had a fantastic time. Every other year Family Thanksgiving Beach Retreat
As we did the first time, we LOVED staying at this property. It is wonderful. The property itself, the views, and the location are all super. Would stay there again and would strongly recommend. A couple of notes: Sliding door in primary bedroom was off guides and not openable; we were able to place back in track. Tub in hall-accessible bath drains very slowly and has caused mildew to grow on shower curtain. Primary bath could use recaulking. Washer had a bit of mildew and odor in in and around it. None of the utility knives in the kitchen are sharp enough to use.

This was my first time staying at a VRBO. Our stay was perfect. The place was clean, well stocked, and was in a great location with a fantastic view. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. As far as being well stocked, it had everything you would need. IThank you gout sharing your home!

We were looking for places to stay in Charleston, ultimately decided to stay in Folly Beach. So glad we did. Beautiful beach view, lots of stores and restaurants close by. We had an issue with our TV and the host came over and took care of it for us right away. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful and relaxing place to be, no negatives! the beach rejuvenation work was underway and there was one early morning where the noise of that was bothersome, but that could have happened at any property and was not something the property owner has any control of. Hurricane Helene weekend
Condo was perfect for our group of 3 ladies. Plenty of space, beachfront with no obstructive view. Even with storm brewing and sliding by us that resukted in power outage, the owner was very responsive in getting the elevator working after the power was restored. Owner was also very communicative prior to checking in giving us all of the exacts that we needed plus recommendations for restaurants. Plan your stay, you won’t regret it

We were told weeks before that no one was staying the night before us so we could go in when we got there. We got there started unloading and were told that the unit wasn’t ready because the air conditioner was being worked on and the dryer wasn’t working. After we had to place all our luggage in one bedroom and then return in two hours the air worked but they had to send a man to work

PERFECT LOCATION
Beautiful spacious condo! The ocean beach view is spectacular from the moment you walk in with large windows. Condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, pier. Beach access is just steps away. Parking was not a issue as you have your own under building spot, with additional parking available if needed. We had a slight delayed on arrival as the previous guest were slobs and left the place a complete mess. All the bed linens/ protective coverings need to be replaced, would of expected crisp bed linens. The washer and dryer was a life saver especially for being able to pack light, and keeping the beach and bath towels clean everyday..The owner is super nice and very quick to respond with any questions and or take care of any issues. Overall our stay was great! Thanks so much!!

Great view and location!
This property was perfect for our family! It is much bigger than the pictures present. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and being able to sit on the balcony and hear the ocean. The balcony is on the pelican route, we couldn't believe how close they flew. It was very cool to watch! Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!
