Quiet and cozy
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cottage is just like the photos. My husband and I wanted a weekend away, just the two of us and this was just the place. Folly Beach was beautiful and the cottage was quiet and cozy. Murphy bed not the most comfortable, but it was ok for two nights.

Only Great Thing Was Location
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property had not been cleaned well once we got there. Palmetto bugs (Roaches) were scattered throughout when we got there. The cleaner had even smashed one and left it there. The privacy is not great outside of some shades on the glass doers that you have to sneak behind when entering or exiting. A/C did not stay cool and the common area was a mess. They do have a great location in proximity to the beach and town. But that’s about it,

This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. We have noted the presence of palmetto bugs and the smashed one left behind, as well as the issues with the air conditioner and the common area. Getaway in Folly

Birthday getaway
Publié le 9 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe Cottage itself was great. Just as the pictures showed. Location was a close walk to the beach. Only thing we’d change was the maintenance of the property. Courtyard wasn’t maintained, leaves everywhere and dirty. Houses surrounding Cottage are very close to each other and aren’t in nearly as good condition, also I wish there had been additional porch seating. We’d possibly stay here again in the future.
