Publié le 7 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe liked the property. It was plenty of room and good accommodations. We only did not like having to pick up the parking passes at a different location. It is 2 flights of stairs to the condo but the view was great.

Perfect for us
Publié le 30 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWere in Charleston for a wedding. Chose this location so we can be close to there, but still by the beach. So pleased with this condo. Beautiful inside and out, very close to Folly Beach and ocean...yet very close to downtown Charleston. Loved seeing the dolphins in the mornings too. Highly recommend and definitely want to come back.

Fantastic time

When not doing either you can relax on the enclosed porch watching the dolphins play and enjoying the beautiful pool area. Plenty of space for everyone. Great for all ages.

Only thing I could say negative would be the shower curtain liners in both bathrooms had stains on them. I felt they needed to be replaced. Other than that I give it a thumbs up.

Publié le 7 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was comfortable and a great location. But Vacasa ,the property management, say no help. I drove ten hours to the place and when we arrived the code they gave us to get through the gate didn't work nor did the gate card they had for us in the unit. We called twice for help and sent text messages. The people we talked to just read us back the instruction in the email we already had and then promised someone would be in touch. We never heard back! We used the code of another guest and I finally got the card fixed at the complex office, not Vacasa. They are good at taking your money, sending you email and text, but don't expect any help.
