Love this location but the elevator seems to break And then the distance from the working elevator to the condo was a long way

Ok. A little disappointed with conditions of condo. Dishwasher leaked. Bathroom drawer broke. One bathroom sink drain very slow no beachtowels. Skimpy towels.

AMAZING FOLLY BEACH SPOT!

Villa was above expectations-exceptionally well stocked, comfy beds & furniture and the best balcony views. Walkable to everything Folly had to offer. By far the best spot to stay on the Beach!

Great Family Get Away

We rented 2 units for 14 people - all adults. Our unit had 3 bedrooms for 6 people. The location was perfect - beachfront and a pool. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. Free music at many restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable. The third bedroom with twin beds is small, does not have a closet or dresser. Just a nightstand with 2 drawers - leaving us to mostly live out of suitcases. The other bedrooms were well-equipped. There were no beach towels or beach chairs which would have been nice. Overall - it was a great vacation and would consider staying there again.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, very clean, great view, and has everything you might need. We really enjoyed it and plan to stay there again next year.

Unusable Master Bed, No Assistance from Management company.

We were very disappointed to find out that the master bed was completely broken and unusable. To make things worse, it seems they knew it was broken and tried to cover it up but placing a paint bucket under the bed to hold up the frame. When we contacted Vacassa management, they gave us the run around and never showed up to fix it. We requested a partial reimbursement and have gotten the run around again. Needless to say, we would not recommend staying at this location or any vacassa managed property.

It must have been incredibly frustrating to have so many things not working properly or inaccessible. It's disappointing that you were not able to fully enjoy the amenities that were advertised and that you encountered so many inconveniences. I can understand how all of these issues would have put a damper on your trip. Our local operations manager confirmed that all the issues you reported have been replaced and fixed. We hope that the compensation provided shows our willingness to make things right. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
