Thank you for the feedback. Like all properties, insects can sometimes find their way inside; especially after a lot of rain. This house is routinely treated for pest prevention. We would have been happy to send someone to address your concerns had we been made aware. The pest control technician did not find any insects and we've not had any other issues, but will continue to watch out for them. Thank you for your business!

Birthday Beach Getaway

The proximity to the ocean and the beautiful view from the screened in porch in the back of the house was our favorite part! It is towards the end of the street and offers a more private experience than being in the busy section of town. It’s close to restaurants in downtown Folly and 30 minutes from Charleston where we spent a day exploring. Try the shrimp and grits at Rita’s in Folly! We used our beach gear credit for chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. The road is narrow and has no shoulder so riding bikes was challenging especially with parked cars.

Charleston house
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the first time some family members visited Charleston. We absolutely loved the house the minute we walked in. The great ocean breezes and wind were relaxing.
We all want to come back and just stay at the house no sightseeing.

Location location location!
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is exactly as described! The screened-in porch with daybed is perfection! The easy walk to the beach is so nice and the beach rental credit was perfect for two bikes to enjoy. We loved everything about this property!

Ocean view, quiet, great location
Publié le 15 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cottage was at the end of E. Ashley and there was decreased traffic flow and beach activity. Very nice! Screened in porch and car port area was used every day. Would absolutely stay there again!! Also received almost immediate responses from property management and were very cordial.

Recognition Weekend at the Citadel

We enjoyed all this property had to offer- the easy beach access, the convenient parking, ample space inside for our party of 6. It’s also nice being close enough to downtown, but far enough away to be truly relaxing!! We will be back!
