It's in an HOA with ridiculous rules.
Publié le 13 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayPlace was very expensive, nightly price wasn't bad but management fees more than doubled the overall price for a weekend stay. On top of that, there's a $2000.... yes two thousand dollar fine for any noise complaint and similar fines for everything from parking in the wrong spot to having someone not in the "lease" in the unit.
Unit was nice, definitely an older apartment with a lot of wear and tear on it but fairly clean. The whole thing reeked of marijuana though and on our second night, the door quit working and locked us out for an hour while someone came to let us in (it's a common problem according to the maintenance guy).
Overall, I expect better for this price range. It doesn't need to be the Ritz but it shouldn't be so troublesome.

Was just what we wanted!

Nice and roomy, we were just 2 of us but if we'd had a kid or two it would have been comfortable. Super convenient to the beach BUT on the other side of the river so you don't have to sit in ALL the beach traffic coming from the city. We'd stay here again, great community, location and condo itself.

Beautiful spot

Poorly maintained

Communication with local people was good, had problems twice with the lock but someone helped quickly. It was nice that some paper products were supplied

Great location for Folly Beach
Publié le 7 sept. 2020 sur HomeAwayLoved the water front of the inter coastal - we had coffee of the screen porch and watched dolphins in the cove area before heading to the beach for the day. Good space for 4 adults. Easy check in / check out process. Will come again!

Not the best place
Publié le 8 août 2020 sur HomeAwayThe location was nice. The house was fairly clean but the walls had cracks and needed painting. The management company, Vacasa, didn't answer or return our calls about a noise complaint. The neighbors dog barked for hours at night.

Great location and perfect size unit
