Great location, but needs updating

The second bathroom was located in a separate building (pool area), which was fine, but the air conditioning in that building did not work effectively. The main house had very low ceilings, and my husband had to duck under the ceiling fans. The pool area was cleanly and very nice. This house is a prime location and a good walking distance to downtown strip and beach.

Peaceful but close to everything

Amazing stay!
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cottage was perfect for our family of four. It is conveniently located a short walk from the beach. The kids had a blast in the pool and the host was a joy to speak with. We highly recommend it and will try to return here for our next trip to Folly Beach!

Great location close to beach and other amenities
Publié le 21 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis cottage was a great spot for our trip. It was comfortable and having a pool was awesome. It was close to the beach, 2 blocks, and several restaurants and a small market. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue was the address which is 316 East Cooper but the door opens onto East Erie. Our Ubers picked up and dropped off on Erie Ave.

We had a great time. Close to the beach and an excellent place. Y'all might want to check the plumbing; the sink in the kitchen and the bathroom were very slow draining. The small bedroom with the ceiling fan had a kind of funky smell, like mildew and nicotine. We sprayed and it was fine, but might want to check! Overall a great time was had by all!!!!
