The bathroom in our first room was disgusting! There looked to be urine and hair on the back of the toilet they you could only see if the lid was down. The area behind the door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The corner by the tub and wall was black and gross. We were moved to a different room that looked cleaner but we did find a used towel hanging on the hook behind the door. We would have moved but we had someone else staying there and they said their room was fine. Also when I went to use the hairdryer it didn’t work. We tried all the buttons, switches on the dryer and the outlets. The night light came on so there was power getting to the unit. I checked on the hairdryer in our parties’ other room. His did not work either. My husband went down to the desk and asked if they had any other hairdryers and they said all the working ones were in the rooms.

There are abandoned cars in the parking lot and the refrigerator doesn't work.
