Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Dirty crockery. Leaking shower. Smelly towels. Poor cleaning in bathroom.

Hi David, sorry you didn't mention this to me during your 3 night stay as we spoke on several occasions. All beds are new as at December 2022. Your room had 6 pillows (3 new European-large and 3 standard size pillows but I could have supplied firmer or softer as required. The shower does not leak when taps are turned off.
