Family break
Posted Apr. 19, 2023 on HomeAwayWe had a lovely few days in Damerham, enjoying bike rides and visiting the wider area. The property was perfect and had everything we needed. Ally and Richard were very welcoming and extremely kind and patient with the children. We would definitely recommend booking!

A lovely half term break
Posted Nov. 16, 2020 on HomeAwayVery cosy little 'cabin' with a fabulous large dog friendly garden.
Comfortable beds, I would say that the duvets were lovely and warm. The sofas are perhaps in need of replacing soon as obviously well loved and sag a bit when you sit in them, great shower with good water pressure for a cabin! In the children's room the duvet sets were brown which I think could be improved with something more country themed or child friendly and innkeeping with the rest of the cabin.
Well appointed, lots of useful utensils. Sadly the electric Wood Burning stove wasn't working which would have been very nice on those wet evenings so that was disappointing, they did try to fix it, sadly to no avail.
My only comment for improvement would be that In the children's room (bunk beds) the duvet sets were brown which I think could be improved with something more country themed or child friendly and innkeeping with the rest of the cabin but this is obviously a minor quibble!
The hosts were helpful and we had good communication with them. Would highly recommend the local pub in Rockbourne
' The Rock & Thistle' and we also had a nice Indian Takeaway from the restaurant in Fordingbridge.

Absolutely Perfect!
Posted Oct. 14, 2020 on HomeAwayCame for a short break with our new rescue dog. Needed somewhere quiet with lots of places to walk and plenty of room for a German Shepherd. The cabin was perfect with a lovely enclosed garden and very dog friendly. Alison respected our request to let us settle in before introducing herself. The finishing touches to the cabin were delightful with some very welcome essentials waiting on our arrival. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it. A very relaxing and comfortable weekend. Thank you.

A very tranquil place to stay

Peace and Tranquility
Posted Sep. 21, 2020 on HomeAwayWe had fantastic weather for our stay,and couldn’t have wished for a better location,our dogs were safe and secure in the garden.A very warm welcome from our host.Highly recommend this for a peaceful break.

Beautiful and relaxing

Posted Aug. 16, 2020 on HomeAwayWe had a very relaxing 6 nights here, the property is just as described and the owner and lady who looks after the animals and cottage when the owner is away are both very helpful. No problems at all. The village is very quiet and the area is very attractive.
