It was okay it wasn't great but it wasn't bad parking was a little hard lots of big electric trucks couldn't get the TV to work I didn't call the desk because I was already in my night clothes and didn't want to be bothered

Not safe not clean

This place is much safe than any other place we have our front desk watching camera all the time and walk around to make sure that and not sure why you felt that way I believe you just Don't like the fact it's outdoor property.

I like the factthat they recycled. The ladies that cleaned were exceptionally nice.

Property manager denied our early check even though I asked for it 24 hrs in advance. Breakfast was a joke , seating was very limited, and front desk was very unfriendly. Never saw a maid to change out our linen. Would not recommend this hotel. Spend a little extra and stay some place that offers more

We didn't denied your early check in we told you there will be a early check in fee that you refused to pay we can't help you there and you also wanted to check out early but you booked special rate that you had to book 3 night or more in order to get cheap rate so we can't give you refund on that as well that's the only reason you aren't happy. And talk about breakfast and change linen we do follow brand standard so please check brand standard before you book room all brand is different even if they are choice hotels.
