Une très bonne surprise
Publié le 6 déc. 2013 sur ExpediaJ'ai choisi cet hotel un peu par obligation pour des raisons budgétaires, et vu le tariff très bon marché j'avais un peu peur de ce que j'allais trouver en arrivant là bas. Mais en fait j'ai été très agréablement surprise et enchantée par les 8 jours que j'ai passes là-bas. Certes ça n'est pas le grand luxe et l'installation est un peu défraîchie, mais tout était très propre, les équipements (chambre, piscine, salle de gym, machine à laver, sèche-linge, distributeur etc) tout à fait satisfaisants, le petit déjeûner très correct (il y a meme une petite bibliothèque de prêt !), et le personnel très aimable et serviable. En plus l'hôtel n'est pas dans un quartier super, mais tous les commerces utiles sont proches (on peut y aller à pied) et on a un arrêt de bus à 2 pas avec un bus qui passe tous les 1/4 d'heure en direction de Hillsboro d'où on peut continuer sur Beaverton et Portland. Bref pour le prix vraiment c'est une excellente affaire et j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Not So Bad

Front desk staff not very friendly or welcoming.
The room was clean.
The towels are very thin and small.
Bathroom sink was missing a stopper, almost lost something down the drain.
No iron or ironing board in the room or on the premises.
Hottub was not working. Staff said it hasn't worked in 4 years.

Very rude employees
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsThe employees were nowhere to be found when i arrived. After waiting 20 minutes for someone we called the number to no answer. Walked around the entire hotel calling out for someone. When he did eventually show up he was extremely rude. Using F**K every other word. Then tried to deny me based on havung my service dog. Told me he didnt care if it was against ADA regulations multiple times.Mind you this was a non refundable pre-paid While he did relient and allow us to stay. He was not very nice about it at all

Needs to be more then 2 towels in a double queen room that sleeps 4. Front desk was very unfriendly didn't great us when we came in execpt check in ignored us every other time eas to worried about talking about their personal lives with each other. When we asked where to get pool towels they told us to go back to our room and get one which there was only 2 towels in and there was 3 of us there so still needed more towels so when we had to go back down to get more towels they got attitude about it
