Worker kept entering room without knocking first. Did it twice in the same day. Not professional at all.

There was great confusion over my payment to Expedia, and it took ages to check in. Although the bathroom was new and relatively clean, the room did smell like a laundry bag. About average for this area, but below by national standards.
