These are the highlights:
1. Airy and spacious
2. The pool and hot tub and pool house!
3. The deck and view of the trees
4. Location, situated close to the highway, but far enough away to allow for a buffer

Healing Vacation Destination
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our destination the property so beautiful we never left and we didn't have to this place had it all and if it didn't we had great restaurants and groceries delivered right to us. The pool was the main attraction plus ample space to spread out and relax and enjoy. Awe spent evenings in the garden, playing pool and rejuvenating in the jacuzzi. We will be coming back.

Great place to relax

It’s a good location if you want to visit Bodega Bay and surrounding little towns or just float in the pool. It was freakishly hot when we were there (for the area) and was over 100 every day, but the AC kept the house very cool. Our only con was the bed…I’m not sure what kind of situation that was but it was weird. Kinda like someone put a thin squishy mattress on top of a trampoline? Please replace the bed with a regular mattress AND a box spring. It sits about 10” off the ground so you need to crawl onto the bed and getting out if awful.

My 65th birthday

The kitchen could have been a little better equipped for things like a whisk, but the basics were there. The area beside the pool house where the floats are kept was pretty much a mess and should be organized better but the overall property was quite nice. It's a beautiful setting in the woods!

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback and your review! Since your stay more items for the kitchen were purchased and there is a whisk onsite. The pool floaties are left by past guests. The cleaners do their best to keep them organized, but we do not keep an inventory of those items.

Little House in the Woods

I really enjoyed my stay!
Will say cellular reception is practically non existent, however there was clear instructions on how to enable WiFi calling for most phones.
There was another room for pets to roam around in the yard and there was clear directions on how to use the hot tub!
Definitely recommended this place for a quiet get-away!

We loved our stay!
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home was comfortable with a great fireplace, spacious deck that has a beautiful view of the property which was really serene, green, and beautiful. The beds were great, a bit soft for some but comfortable nonetheless, and there was plenty of parking. The hot tub was great once we got it working via the main panel, and the proximity to Forestville was great. Overall loved it and would recommend.

Awesome Location
Publié le 29 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat property! So much space for kids to run around and explore. Great hot tub and pool. This property to perfect for dogs with the dog run minus the yard where dogs can escape through the fence. Very clean!

A Fairy Tale Retreat
Publié le 4 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayStaying at this property was like stepping into a fairy tale setting straight from the movies. The soothing sound of a nearby creek, redwood trees, full privacy from neighbors around made it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The house struck a perfect balance between its enchanting setting and modern comforts. It was exceptionally clean, and the modern amenities provided a convenient and comfortable stay. A particular highlight was the pool table upstairs.
Weak internet connection, but this was understandable given the remote location and actually helped us to disconnect and fully enjoy the natural beauty around us.
The only drawback was related to the check-in process. We had requested an early check-in due to a dinner reservation 45 minutes away, but the property manager was unable to accommodate us, citing an ongoing inspection. However, when we arrived 1 hour earlier, waited in the car, there seemed to be no inspection happening, which was slightly disappointing.
In summary, this property offers a magical escape amidst nature, with the comfort of modern living. Its cleanliness, serene setting, and unique charm provided an unforgettable experience. It's an ideal getaway for those seeking peace and a touch of enchantment in their travels.
