Avis Primitive Tent Site #10- Beautiful Forested Property

Poorly maintained. Last half of road thru campground was less than the width of our car due to plant overgrowth. Sink counter near campsite 10 was covered with leaves and dirt. Rain shower was nice to have but electric heater didn't work. Hot water faucet head screw was so loose I had trouble shutting it off. Next time I used it I couldn't turn on the hot water until I tightened the screw after getting my Phillips screwdriver. Dark site because of the trees which seemed interesting at first, but a "street" lamp that was on all night was shining on our site and tent. I had emailed the manager before I arrived with a simple question but he never responded to my email.
