Avis Primitive Tent Site in Enchanted Rain Forest - Site #19

Great secluded camping spots that all have their own character. The host was great at responding in a timely manner when my partner and I needed to switch due to car camping instead of tent camping. Beautiful place!

I loved this campsite so much because it was secluded and super gorgeous. We found it peaceful because it was so far away from the everything. This site is almost at the end of the lot and it’s a tight fitting driveway if you have a large vehicle. There are bathrooms and a rain shower available with a short walk. Roosters might wake up you up in the morning but I loved that! I enjoyed my stay and I’m not even a camping person 🏕️🌳🌲💚

Due to technical issues unbeknownst to us, the campground isn't actually open for another month. We found this out after booking, driving there, setting up our site, and sleeping one night. Explains why our site wasn't cleared or cleaned and no bathroom/shower/or waste facilities were available. But, we paid for 2 nights so we stayed for two nights. All that being said, this was probably the best campsite I've ever stayed at. 4 stars only for lack of communication and no facilities at the time. The site itself is secluded, STUNNING, with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and picnic table. I would've stayed a week if I could, but having to drive into town for restrooms was annoying. 5 stars for the site, 4 stars for the campground.
