Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time camping here. Loved the hot rain shower. Next time I would try for site 6, 7, or 8 as they are bigger, with more room to spread out. The proximity of the location to Rialto beach was excellent.

Hidden gem!

Terrible experience and a rude property manager
Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayReceived a text message from Justin, the property manager 2 days before the booking to cancel the booking stating they had not opened for the season and erroneously listed availability on Vrbo. 12 hours later, received a email from the property that the booking is confirmed. Reached the property to find no washrooms as per the listing. The owner runs a lodge too and request to access one available. The request was rudely refused. Next morning, i dropped by the lodge to speak to Justin and I was asked to vacate the property as "I had not paid for the lodge" in front of other guest. Justin showed no empathy, wasn't apologetic about the emails confirming my stay, and blamed me for not checking my text (low connectivity area).

Honeymoon in a sea of ferns 🌿
Publié le 29 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhat a wonderful and secluded space. Our site was close to not only the portapotty and shower, but the trash can and camp sink as well. Very reasonable rates, easy communication with hosts. Really made everything easy and perfect. My wife and I really enjoyed the two cats 🐈 on the property and walking around! looking forward to coming here for many anniversaries moving forward.

Misty spot in the woods
Publié le 26 août 2022 sur HomeAwayCamping spots at the lodge are among giant nurse logs and huge pines. You feel like you are in the rain forest. Each spot has a sturdy picnic table and fire ring. The pit toilets are very clean and hot showers are available for a small fee. We will be back!
