RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels, cleaning the apartment. Finding that stuff isn’t easy at night in this town, we had to drive far for an open store. The next day the housekeeper arrived and mentioned the host contacted her at 9 pm the night before. So he saw my messages and instead of responding he just told the housekeeper to come by the next day. While going through the process of requesting a refund the host told me several lies, that Expedia never contacted him, that he would PayPal me, and finally that he would process the refund if I gave a positive review. Expedia processed a full refund for me today, I would avoid this host and all of his properties, unless you’d like to spend way too much of your trip either cleaning and buying linens or on an Expedia support chat.

The guest has not been truly factual and we are not prepared to engage in a non constructive conversation. The guest was totally re imbursed via Expedia and we do not take kindly with the wording ( lies)Their were personal reasons for the error and we are not engaging anymore. The next guests have five stars as do most of our guestsSometimes there is no pleasing done guest

Schwierige Komunikation
Publié le 12 juin 2019 sur HomeAwayDas Ferienhaus war sehr schön, aber leider war es nicht möglich vorab Fragen zu klären. Vor Ort war die Komunikation aber sehr gut.
