It smelled like cigarettes and weed, had to buy air fresheners just to stay in the room! Old and outdated.

Couldnt find our reservation booked a mobth in advance through Hotels. Blamed it on a new system. After about 20 minutes of veryfing i paid already and showing them my Hotels booking info/payment they did finally give us a room. On the service room looked clean however smelled of coffee grounds because upon inspection found them behind both beds. Roaches cames out at night seen a few in the bathroom when we went to use the nathroom at night. Beds did seem clean tv worked couldnt get the wifi to work but didnt go and ask either. Said there was complimentary breakfast but there was only orange juice and coffee. Had i not used reward points for this stay i would have wanted my $ back. Worked for our 1 night stay wouldnt have wanted to stay longer.

The AC wasn't working right but they did chang it . The water would go from hot to cold when taking a shower

Run, don't walk away from this property!

I picked this hotel because my traveling companion doesn't like carpet. I was worried about this one and cautioned her that this would probably be the least favorable of the entire two week trip. I was wrong! Least favorable didn't even come close. Walking up the steps I didn't even want to touch the handrails. The smell was horrible. When I got to our room the windows were open. I smelled horrible. I opened the door, took one step in and left. I forfeited the room charge as it was nonrefundable. These kind of properties should not even be listed on Hotels.com. It looked like a flop house!

The room was filthy and we could tell it really needed work. The remote had tape to keep the batteries in, the chair was ripped with cushion showing and the bathroom was just gross. Would never stay here again
