Very Good Breakfast, hot water, Friendly Front desk Staff, comfortable beds, hot water.... Overall a Good stay.

The place is in need of a serious remodeling . The staff were polite but the place is just run down . Holes in the ceilings , no security latch/bar on the door . Rooms smelled stuffy

The room smelled of mold and very strong and unpleasant cleaning products. The tiled floors were greasy and slick. The furniture was dilapidated and the towels and cloths were very old and stained. The smell from the air conditioning unit put out such a terrible smell of mold it made us feel ill. There was a lot of noise all night long coming from the surrounding rooms.

It was not an easy property to get into. The front office greeter seemed like she was not wanting to work. Carpet was not clean properly. There was no ironing board. Could not close the door to the bathroom. Stopper in tub was broken. Told front desk and maid that I needed the ironing board never got one. When I asked about a refund the lady at the front desk said it was not refundable. I had to inform her that I paid for the protection. Bottom line is I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

Bathroom door frame was broken such that the door wouldn’t close all the way. The security lock on the door to the room was broken.

Shower drain did not function properly and did not drain. Breakfast was good, with hot food as well as the usual bagels, toast, cereal, etc.
