This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. The pictures on Expedia are so photoshopped. I will never use Expedia to book anything ever again. My room was filthy and the front desk staff was rude and ignored you. Men drank outside all night long and I didn't feel safe.

Our unit was cool. However the shower had a round brown thing over the drain. I gagged and didn't shower. Mirror had water spots. Tv didn't work. (They did change out the tv). This morning at 6am we were awakened with multiple people filling up from ice machine. We will not be back. I did report to manager and they apologized.

Absolute nightmare
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe bed sheets were dirty. The floor where the sink is had dead flies on the ground. Specifically reserved a ground floor room due to injured foot and was still placed on 2nd floor. The toilet would not stop run ONG and making noise the emitiré time. The tub was not even and felt like you could not stand properly in the tub. I specifically requested a king bed and received a room with 2 queen beds.The curtains left a weird film sensation on my hand when I pulled them closed. The swimming pool that was displayed on the website was closed and dirty. The paperwork in the room says breathe easy it’s a no smoking area. Other guests were smoking up and down walkways. Absolutely horrible experience and will not ever return. The

Health & Safety Hazard

It was abundantly clear our room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (except perhaps and hopefully the sheets had been changed). There were dirty and concerning items under each bed. It appeared to be a dirty washcloth and someone’s underwear. The most disturbing and concerning part was what appeared to be blood on the outside the bathtub. The inside shower walls were covered with dirty that I could wipe off with just my finger so clearly no one had cleaned the shower before our arrival. I had already lowered my expectations because of staying in a motel but this wasn’t acceptable under any circumstances or for anyone. Completely unacceptable.
