Excellent facility and excellent food and staff. Suite not totally stocked with condiments in the kitchen like salt *lots if pepper or shampoo in bath. Itherwise, a lovely stay

Property beautiful. Parents had handicapped accessible room because of mobility issues but the room was several corridors away from lobby/breakfast area which seemed odd. Had to drive them from building they were in to the lobby area. Very inconvenient. Seems like huge oversight. Breakfast choices were disappointing considering what a nice hotel.

The area was genuinely nice, the staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room was to our liking and the breakfast was excellent. We were happy with the entire stay.

We had an issue during check in. The system was down for quite a while, and they told us to come back later. I had reservations so I’m not sure why we couldn’t be placed in a room at 3:00 check in. Eventually it worked itself out, but we had to go find something to do for about 45 mins. Room security lock was not functional (room 319) our bathroom had hair on the wall from the last guest. The rooms could use some updating. Overall a good experience.
